How it all started
Like many meaningful innovations, Infomind.ai was born out of frustration. While working hands-on with ERP testing, we saw the same pattern repeat itself - again and again. Testing, training, and support were treated as separate workstreams, disconnected from each other and disconnected from real user behavior.
Yet all the signals were there. Valuable data was being created throughout the ERP lifecycle - but no one was connecting the dots. We saw an opportunity to change that.
By applying AI to unify testing, training, and support, we realized ERP rollouts could become faster, more efficient, and far less risky. Not by adding more complexity - but by removing it.
